Market research:
An organized effort to gather information about markets and customers.

Here is another way we bring an important component of business strategy to your needs. The aha Group’s team has extensive experience in healthcare qualitative and quantitative market research.

As an example, Lisa worked with the Heart Rhythm Society to conduct a survey of its members to gauge their desire to participant in clinical trials, understand what challenges they have, and test ways the Society can facilitate greater involvement in clinical studies. That work led to concept-testing a member “trial network model” where Lisa conducted in-depth interviews with pharmaceuticals, medical device firms and contract research organizations to gain their input and desire to use (pay for) a database of electrophysiology practices and their capability to perform in trials.

Other team members bring qualitative research skills from studies conducted for AARP; American Red Cross; American Medical Women’s Association; LIVESTRONG; the National Cancer Institute; the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute; the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases; the American College of Physicians; the American College of Cardiology; the American Society of Nephrology; and the National Library of Medicine.
